Nice... this tool comes in handy since most the newly released product support only X64 bit and if you are totest it out on a virtual machine you will definitely have to install it on a Hyper-V machine. to install Hyper-V your computer should support virtualization on the hardware level..
If you are planning to XP mode on Windows 7, again you will have to look for harwae virtualization and this particular tool is really awesome due to its GUI interface :)
